Throughout my career, I've focused on one question: how can we make processes more efficient and less manual? With more than 35 years at the U.S. Postal Service in finance, operations, and analytics — and more recently supporting state government operations — I've seen firsthand how much time gets lost to repetitive tasks and disconnected systems. I serve as the unit scheduler for a nationally recognized children's hospital and reached out to Chris after he was recommended by a colleague.
